Stacking and Unstacking of folding boxes:
They can be integrated or independent of the sorting line, and reach a production level of 2,600-3,500 boxes/hour, depending on the format.

CONVEYORS

We manufacture all types of conveyors, adapted to the product characteristics and the needs of the client.

Manufactured in stainless steel using folding and TIG processes.

INVERTERS

The SIMAT-VLT500 preformed PET pallet inverters are designed and manufactured with robust mechanics, and driven via a hydraulic system with control box and double hydraulic cylinder.
The main feature of these pallet inverters, and what marks them out from the others we can find on the market, is that in contrast to the traditional type, in which it is the operator who manually inverts the feed hopper, having to keep an eye on levels, the SIMAT-VLT500 pallet inverter performs this function automatically, advising the operator when the pallet is empty via an acoustic and light signal.
Movement control is carried out via a PLC located on the electrical panel, and its
operation is completely automatic.
It only requires the presence of the operator to replace the empty pallet.

It is for that reason that Electromontajes Simat carry out studies into programmed preventive maintenance, delivering personalised reports on the state of machines, and making recommendations regarding improvements or parts replacements which are necessary to ensure the optimum performance of equipment.
Our after-sales team will analyse the parts subject to the most wear in your equipment, and will recommend a replacement parts stock.

ENGINEERING/TURNKEY

Our team of engineers studies and develops the best applications for our services. It analyses the needs of the client, and provides made-to-measure studies in order to provide a solution which is adapted as closely as possible to your production system.
